Kathmandu, Dec 9: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Ananda Prasad Pokharel, has said that the government would increase the investment for the protection of all cultures practised in the country.
After acquiring information about the Kilagha and traditional festivals of the Newar community as well as in course of observing heritages and temples around the Kilagha, Minister Pokharel expressed the view that different cultures and traditions celebrated by Newar community has increased Nepal’s and Nepali’s pride in international arena.
He expressed the commitment that government would provide maximum support for the protection and management of such cultures. RSS
