Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Kamal Thapa has criticised coalition partners for making statements regarding the formation of a national consensus government. He added that such statements have been affecting the government’s functioning and stability.
DPM Thapa claimed that it was an authoritarian mindset to attempt to include all the political parties in the government.
“Is the current government anti-national?” said Minister Thapa during a press meet in Mahendranagar, “The current government comprising the parties having diverse ideologies from Rastriya Prajantantra Party to UCPN (Maoist) is a national government.”
He went on to say that some responsible leaders of ruling parties were making unnecessary remarks instead of giving positive feedbacks to work as per the wishes of people. He said that he has been suffocating due to activities of the senior leaders of ruling parties.
