Lumbini (Rupandehi), Dec 29: Nepali Congress General Secretary, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, has blamed that the government has failed to carry out works in favour of the quake survivors.
At a news conference organised by Rupandehi chapter of Nepal Press Union, at Bhairahawa this morning, leader Sitaula said that although the reconstruction authority bill was endorsed by the parliament in a smooth manner, different bodies are not active to that end.
He also urged the government to carry out works in favour of quake survivors and the general people.
The NC General Secretary said that all forces should be united for the implementation of the new constitution and stressed that the government should create environment conducive for understanding. RSS
